Do I need any prior cooking experience to enroll?+
Not at all. Our short courses and diploma programs are designed for all levels — from absolute beginners to experienced cooks who want to sharpen their professional skills.
What's the difference between the Short Courses and the Diploma?+
Short courses (starting July 13) are focused 1–2 week masterclasses on specific skills. Diploma programs (starting August 10) are comprehensive 1–6 month tracks covering full cuisine, patisserie, and business.
Are there installment payment options?+

What certificate do I receive on completion?+
You receive a Lyndishes Culinary School certificate recognised by employers and hospitality institutions. Diploma graduates also receive an industry endorsement letter.
